I'm using the latest version of Umbraco Forms, version 6.0.6.
When you use the workflow option to 'Save as Umbraco content node' you can set a static value for a property instead of selecting a form field. But when you save the form and want to change the settings afterwards the values of the previously set static values is not restored. You have to fill them in all over again.
PR for this is here - https://github.com/umbraco/Forms/pull/177
==Test Notes == This came from a recent forum post - https://our.umbraco.org/forum/umbraco-forms/89999-using-magic-strings
Following the test notes, I can confirm that using the value {record.UniqueId}
in a static value will still be present after page reload and can be edited. Awesome :D! Merging.
