U4-10024 - Media Picker - indicate when media is in recycle bin

If an existing media has been moved to recycle bin, the media picker doesn't indicate the media is in recycle bin. It might confuse editors, and on a project I am working on, I was wondering why Umbraco.TypedMedia(imageId) was returning null, which was because the editor had moved the media to recycle bin. It would be nice to add an icon, make the media dimmed in media picker or something else, to indicate the selected media has been moved to recycle bin.
