In the permission items, which trigger the toggle button on click, the div with title and description can have display: flex to fill full width and make a larger clickarea. However the cursor also indicate that parent element is clickable, but some of the padding between, doesn't trigger the toggle. Consider to move the padding/margin to the child elements or add the ng-click="change(checked)" to the parent.. or only add cursor: pointer; to the clickable elements.
Not quite working, see screenshot. Those green areas are not clickable but the cursor is still a pointer.
NOTE: I've already merged the PR - feel free to push changes directly to 7.7 for these small changes and just link to the revision here.
I have fixed it now so we only show the pointer cursor in the areas where you can click: fc8c750fb04e546f593a2c9cac51e24181a7e710
