U4-10537 - In a one macro Umbraco Site, should the editor need to pick that macro from a selection of one?

Really small thing that I’m not sure about...

This was reported by an editor as being really frustrating, but is niche because it only occurs when an Umbraco site has a single Macro defined for the Rich Text Area.

To an editor they don't care if the macro functionality, inserting a Macro into the grid or rich text area provides flexibility and choice of multiple Macros - if they have been provided with only one macro to use, and they use it everyday, it's really annoying if they have to select that macro from a selection of one, before they can start entering the macro parameters - to them the macro button becomes a way of adding that 'single thing' rather than a way to insert the abstract concept of a macro... but I'm slightly unsure as they reported this issue using v7.5 when macro selection is a little fiddly via a dropdown anyway... in v7.6 and above would it feel 'so frustrating' give it's immediately obvious to click the macro...

Having played around with this, if the single Macro has parameters it seems to work that you skip to the parameter entry part, but if the Macro doesn't have parameters, then the immediate insertion is a bit un-nerving.

Bit of a video to illustrate here; https://youtu.be/Y6uAuPnyJ9Y

I've put a pull request together to implement this, mainly so I can stop thinking about it!
