U4-11378 - Alias IContentFinder doesn't work - this is due to an Xpath query that fails

This should not be using XPath in V8 - rewrite with linq.

Could not reproduce. Created a whole tree of content items, some of them having an umbracoUrlAlias, eg "alias-4", and then a request for "/alias-4" always works. So, would need an example of a failing situation.

Assigning to you @claus since you created the issue?

Nevertheless, I have refactored the finder to run on Linq and not on XPath as I do believe it to be faster - in PR https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/pull/2656

Merged in - tested a few different things with URLs and it seems to work as expected using Linq instead of XPath.

@zpqrtbnk it was Shannon who created the issue, while I was logged in .. so I don't really know if/when this was a problem.. It may just have been fixed by other things after it was created :)
