U4-11486 - Upgrading from 7.2 to 7.11 breaks when trying to log in on the upgrade screen due to the securityStampToken being null

This related issue seems to have caused the problem: http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/U4-11087

So the problem is: the securityStampToken column was created in a migration and contains no value yet (a null). This column never gets populated and when you log in, we try to add it to a new Claim, which fails because it's null. Adding a random guid to the column in the database fixes it.

We'll need to figure out how to fix this in the right place.
