Duplicates: U4-11315
Architecture
All web servers have the following message appear in their logs daily:
Failed (10 times) to retrieve medias from Examine index and had to load them from DB. This may indicate that the Examine index is corrupted.
Running the data integrity health check shows everything is OK (Screenshot attached)
Using the CMS back-office search for content and media does return results.
However we've also noticed that some expected content isn't returned this way, unless the internal search index is manually rebuilt using the CMS back-office tool.
As we're running on AWS rather than Azure, we've not made any changes to ExamineSettings.config (like changing the useTempStorage to sync, as is needed for Azure)

It seems like your Examine settings are not configured correctly, I do believe we recommend setting directoryFactory="Examine.LuceneEngine.Directories.TempEnvDirectoryFactory,Examine"
on all of them (see: https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/Getting-Started/Setup/Server-Setup/Load-Balancing/flexible#examine-v0183)
I see this is something you've been struggling with for a while now (U4-11315) and still have no solution. I just noticed that you're with Zone, a gold partner, which means you have a support contract, it might be better to go through Umbraco Support and get the help you need here.
