U4-1445 - Getting an error editing macros (both newly created and also so previous)

Duplicates: U4-1442

I have upgraded from 4.11.1 to 4.11.2 and that's where the trouble started. Then I upgraded today from 4.11.2 to 4.11.3 but still no fix: The server was just updated to .net framework 4.5

The error is: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: input
