U4-1477 - Remove "should .. contain at least 1 non-alpha numeric character" message

When creating member passwords in the /umbraco admin area, the hint message still says: "Password: The password should be a minimum of 7 characters long and contain at least 1 non-alpha numeric character(s)".

This advice is out of date with password best practice and should be removed. This is simply a text change because the policy is not enforced by the code at all. See this post:
