Relates to: U4-163
Subtask of: U4-136
Relation Types was originally part of 4.8.0, but disabled prior to release because of some sql errors which we saw during testing. This task is to fix those sql errors and re-enable the "Relation Types"-tree.
At time of writing, Relation Types works for MS-SQL and SQLCE4. Experiencing issues with MySQL, but not directly related to Relation Types tree - there are underlying issues with Relations on MySQL generally.
Resolved the MySQL issue with using Relations; with DUAL being a reserved-word in MySQL, there were occurrences where it was not escaped correctly.
