We have just discovered this:
If you accidentally put some whitespace in the web.config in the property UmbracoReservedUrls, then the entire website crashes.
I don't know if this is due to Umbraco itself, but simply trimming the input, or replacing all spaces with "" should solve this issue, I think.
I think it's very easy to solve. The UmbracoReservedPaths might have the same problem, we haven't tested yet.
If I have the time, I might submit a patch for this tonight. If someone else wants to have a crack at it, be my guest :-)
(seen in 4.11.4, later versions may be affected as well)
