I recently noticed that the spell checker in tinymce is not working on the site I work with. Upon investigating, I realised that we needed direct internet access for the spell checker to work. Unfortunately due to security reasons our servers can only connect to the internet through a proxy server -which I am sure might not be a unique case. Do you think it would be possible to add a feature to Umbraco's tinymce spell checker making it configurable for different environments ? Thanks.
Sorry, we're not going to support proxies any time soon, but since it's using the HttpWebRequest class it would be easy to write your own little module for it:
