We have moved to GitHub Issues

If you go to content tree with some root nodes then click another section (say settings) then click back the content tree root node names get concatenated.
So Home becomes HomeHome
Also i have the tree items loading twice.
I started from a fresh install of 6.1 and installed the Standard Website MVC package.
When i went to content tree i have 2 Home root nodes - both with the same ID.
If i delete one they both go to the recycle bin and same if i move back.
If i delete and manually create the Home node and do reload noedes I only get one.
Very odd bug.
Not sure if it package related or not but why would the content tree load 2 root nodes & all the nodes with the same id?
Thanks, we have this under investigation. It's related to you having upload fields on the home node and uploading one or more files to it (which is why you create the node again without adding an upload it works fine).
Ah ok. Don't think thats causing the switching between sections issue though.
@Damian It does, because the trees expect some level of uniqueness, the node names will be duplicated.
Having same problem, also having more upload fields on same document.
I really hope there will be a patch, waiting for end of June for this fix (in 6.1.1) renders current version almost unusable :(
Fixed in changesets 13efcc34c0f4 & 8f1588099234
If you want to have a play now, the latest nightly has these fixes: http://nightly.umbraco.org/umbraco%206.1.1/UmbracoCms.6.1.1-build.4.zip
There'll be a 6.1.1 release early next week to fix this and a few other bugs.
Sebastiaan, thank you, with this new build problem seems to be solved!
