It would be convenient, if it was possible to report plugin-compatibility via the detailed plugin view in the backend.
Also it would bypass the bug on our.umbraco saying that one didn't download the plugin yet and thus can't vote, even if it was directly downloaded there.

In the boards there has also been the suggestion to ask the compatibility-question upon removing a plugin:
"What would be great as well would be a feature that also reads a package name and shows the compatibility report when you confirm install.
Ex. This package has been reported to be compatable/non-compatable with your umbraco version.
This package has no compatability report for your versions. Do you want to continue?
Would save some people some real trouble."
But yes this would be a great feature to add to Umbraco.
