Skinning support is removed in v7

  • removes everything in namespace: umbraco.cms.businesslogic.skinning.*
  • removes TemplateSkinning.aspx
  • removes ApplySkin.aspx
  • removes loadStarterKitDesigns.ascx
  • removes TemplateSkinning.aspx
  • removes StarterKits.ascx
  • removes SystemFiles.SkinningXml
