U4-3191 - Fix build so that it doesn't include all the JS files that we don't need

Created by Shannon Deminick 18 Oct 2013, 01:16:43 Updated by Per Ploug 29 Oct 2013, 21:06:02

Currently we are shipping with all the js files that get combined by grunt, these should not be in the release. We also need to review all files in the release to make sure we're not shipping stuff that shouldn't be there

We have 2 options, either we load our components as umbraco.services.js umbraco.directives.js etc, or we combine them into 1 big file: umbraco.min.js this will cut down on loading and included files, currently when minified umbraco.min.js will be 165 kb, compared to jquery which is around 100kb

I don't mind the individual umbraco.service.js, etc... files but currently we are shipping with all of the JS files like \Umbraco\Views\common\dashboard.controller.js . Basically we're shipping every JS file we have that are already combined into the output so just need to modify the build script or whatever to ensure we don't ship those files.
