At least ctrl-S for save. The event is captured, but Umbaco seems to do nothing with it.
what version? it was added post-beta and it does work on my machine, one exception is when you are inside tinymce, which swallows all key-events
This was true less than a week ago, on the 7.0 branch. And the doctype I was editing had no TinyMCE editor...I will look into it again.
Found the issue, which is the way that webforms wire up these click handlers, added a fix for this
