U4-3627 - tree sync broken for partial view macros

Created by Shannon Deminick 21 Nov 2013, 00:14:18 Updated by Shannon Deminick 15 Jun 2015, 11:24:22

Just create a partial view macro file with macro selected and you'll get an error:

Could not find the tree partialViews, activeTree has not been set

I think perhaps the tree has an incorrect alias. will look.

I'm seeing this in 7.2.6

DependencyHandler.axd?s=L3VtYnJhY28vbGliL2pxdWVyeS9qcXVlcnkubWluLmpzOy91bWJyYWNvL2xpYi9hbmd1bGFyLzE…:11 Could not find the tree partialviews, activeTree has not been set

firefox debugger gives a little more info than chrome 22:04:35.379 Could not find the tree partialviews, activeTree has not been set1 DependencyHandler.axd:11:3150 e/<() DependencyHandler.axd:11 Lc/this.$get</<() DependencyHandler.axd:10 Xc/this.$get</e.prototype.$apply() DependencyHandler.axd:13 angularHelper/<.safeApply() DependencyHandler.axd:563 Umbraco.Application.ClientManager/<.mainTree/tree.setActiveTreeType() DependencyHandler.axd:232 editview.aspx:190

trees.config has

if I change the alias to alias="partialviews" then console error no longer appears.
