U4-373 - Ie9: Can't change the position of tabs and windows by dragging

Build: umbraco v 4.6.1 (Assembly version: 1.0.4029.25836)

Open IE 9 x86 and ensure Compatibility View is turned off. Hit F12 and ensure that you are using the IE9 browser and document mode. You can only drag/move if the browser/document mode is set to IE8 or if Compatibility View is enabled.

Case 1: In the Umbraco "Settings" section, navigate to Document Types . Select the "Generic properties" tab. Attempt to reorder the list of tabs by left-clicking on a tab and dragging it up or down. Note that you can't move a tab with IE9.

Case 2: In the Umbraco "Content" section, right-click and select "Create." Attempt to move the Create popup window that appears. Note that you can't move the Create popup window with IE9.

  1. For Case 1 in Repro steps: This repros only on IE8 and IE9.

  2. For Case 2 in Repro steps: This repros only on IE9 browsers.
