U4-3815 - Image upload and Thumbnails fail with "417 Missing token"

Created by Enrique Blanco 08 Dec 2013, 00:18:20 Updated by Sebastiaan Janssen 09 Dec 2013, 10:04:45

Using Umbraco 7.0.1 nightly build 5/12

If I try to upload a image using drag&drop I get a 417 error from "/umbraco/UmbracoApi/Media/PostAddFile".

In the gallery inside a folder in the media library I also get a 417 from "/umbraco/UmbracoApi/Media/GetBigThumbnail?mediaId=1076"

Confirmed, also happens on umbraco/UmbracoApi/Dashboard/GetDashboard?section=content

The image stuff is already fixed, those methods are moved to the ImagesController and doesn't do a csrf check.

The GetDashboard call is called by angular so will make the request with the csrf tokens. Perhaps you have stale cookies from before when we didn't do any csrf. Just log out and log back in and it will work.

Yep, seems to do the trick, thanks!
