U4-3855 - Preview cookie should be a session cookie not persisted

Currently the preview cookie is not a session cookie which means when you close your browser and re-open Umbraco you'll still be in preview mode - this is not ideal. This also means that your login cookie can expire and you'll get a YSOD, then the only way to clear the YSOD is to manually delete the cookie.
