U4-406 - Problems with TinyMCE v3 plugin for Umbraco 4.7.0

When I try to insert an image, it does not load the preview and the URL is set to "#".

When I try to create an image, an "object not an instance of an object" error occurs. However, the image still gets uploaded to the web server.

It sounds familiar but I can't reproduce (Chrome 22.0.1221.0 dev-m). Make sure to also note the browser and which version you're using and anything else that can be relevant.
