''Comment by [PeterD|http://www.codeplex.com/site/users/view/PeterD] on 7/10/2012 10:50:29 AM:'' I came across this as well. It is caused because the items are in a folder. The folder has no link itself, therefor the code dims the item out (hence all children are dimmed as well)
If you click the folder, it returns a 404 instead of opening the folder. To open the folder, you explicitly have to click the small triangle. I created a patch for this, let me try to create a pull request.
