U4-4444 - Cannot build Umbraco when only VS2013 is installed

Relates to: U4-5651

When Building Umbraco from source using the Build.bat file on Win 8.1 with only VS 2013 installed, the build fails with this error:

"MSB4019: The imported project "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v11.0\WebApplications\Microsoft.WebApplication.targets" was not found. Confirm that the path in the declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk."

This is probably due to the many changes to MSBuild in VS 2013, so I don't know if it is even possible to make Umbraco build without VS2012 installed as well...

UPDATE: Simply copying the Microsoft.WebApplications.targets file from the 12.0 folder to the 11.0 folder seems to make it work.
