U4-4514 - Zooming in the Image Cropper should be centered on crop shown

Relates to: U4-4479

The scale transformation performed on an image when dragging the size slider below it, is using the top left corner of the image as the origin of the transform. This makes it very cumbersome to get the crop you're after, e.g.: often times you want to show just a little less or a little more of an image, but doing that quickly becomes a two, three or four step operation because you need to pan the image after a zoom, to get "back" to where you were before. It would be much easier to make these types of adjustments if the origin of the zoom transform were using the center of the crop displayed, which is how this type of widget usually works.
