U4-4855 - Can't use macro parameters at all

Hello,

I have an issue with the macro parameters in Umbraco 7.1.2 which wasn't part of the 7.0.4 I was using :

My macro parameters are not visible anymore and not usable at all.

As you can see in the 4th attached screenshot, once I choose a macro and click "Select", it doesn't ask me to fill the macro parameters but instead returns directly to the dialogService.macroPicker.callback method.
