When do you get this error? What steps did you take?
Error occurs when (in developer section/ packages) clicking installed packages link, I thought it was because I installed, and then uninstalled a package reported as compatible, which was not (FALM). I checked in the distro to see if I could manually replace it, but it was not in the zip file/umbraco/views
This file doesn't exist at all so I'm puzzled as to where you see the error..
So, for me, I went to the developer section, expanded installed packages and clicked on one of them, that works fine and I could proceed to uninstall it if I wanted. Are you doing anything differently?
developer -> packages
Click on created packages, then you get the error.
This is on a empty solution getting Umbraco via NuGet.
Oh right, now I see it when I actually click the node called "Installed Packages". There's no edit view for this at all, we should just remove that from the tree.
Just to be clear: if there is any installed packages you'll be able to expand that node in the tree, but you don't have any so the little triangle isn't there. Clicking on the actual node isn't supposed to do anything.
Clicking on "created packages" gives the same error.
Yeah.. again, it's an oversight, clicking on those nodes should do nothing at all.
thanks for keeping on top if this, i do have one installed packaged (EZ Search) I tried installing FALM (reported as compatible with 7x) - didn't work, and caused some problems with dependencies being removed (I will report this directly to the FALM team) and config tree which works fine.
