U4-5082 - Cannot save Template

When editing templates in version 6.2.1 at some point I could no longer save any changes to templates ... The green tick appears to say that it has saved without any errors and there are no errors reported in the log. Permissions appear to be fine and new templates can be created (but not changed).

All was fine until ... something! Seemed to just appear in the middle of editing a template ... lost everything - assumed my error, re-did it and lost it again etc
