The DatePicker with Time datatype does not behave in the same way as the standard DatePicker and exhibits what I would class a bugs in usage:
Lets assume you have selected a date and time using the picker:
If you then go back to the DatePicker (by clicking the calendar icon) the highlighted date on the pop-up calendar reverts back to today's date (but with the selected time).
If you then exit the datepicker (without clicking 'Done') it then changes the date back to the current date. So even though the user has not selected a new date, the date will still change merely by opening the DatePicker. This does not happen with the standard DatePicker.
Clearly the DatePicker with time should:

This is a very annoying bug for users. In particular, I have two date pickers (e.g. start, end) and when selecting a value for start, I copy it to the end picker. The user should only have to click it to fudge the time, but instead has to completely change the entire value again.
I have just created a pull request to fix this
