I'm absolutely for it... it's much more logical to place it under Translations given that you actually use it for translations and not settings like Stephan mentions.

I think this would make a lot of sense. While I was creating the Users chapters for .tv, I thought it was strange that you would need to give a Translator user type access to the Settings section in order to alter the dictionary tree

It's related yup - only based on the attribute that defines the default app. We can do both independently though, if you get this one done first i'll make sure the other one is based on your changes
