U4-5935 - Prevent form submit for inserted forms macro in richtext editor

Created by Bjarne Fyrstenborg 04 Dec 2014, 08:51:12 Updated by Shannon Deminick 26 Jun 2017, 06:40:03

If you insert e.g. the default contact form (Umbraco Forms) macro into the richtext editor, you can click the submit button and without futher configurations you'll get an error message:

)]}', {"Message":"The requested resource does not support http method 'POST'."}

could the submit button just be set to disabled when you see the form in the richtext editor from backoffice? or maybe trigger the macro/forms panel like it does when you click the submit button for a form inserted into the macro placeholder in the grid?
