U4-6152 - Format date in backoffice based on Users language

I think the dates in backoffice need to be formatted in the Users language - maybe just a default format for the current locale. E.g. when you are logged in as a User with Danish language, the dateformat for is "yyyy-MM-dd" ... in Denmark dates are more likely formatted in "dd-MM-yyyy" or "dd/MM/yyyy".

It think this is still valid in latest versions of Umbraco.

FYI - in 7.8 with the new Info tab, this logic gets removed and needs to be replaced with client side logic http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/U4-10615
