a 500 server error is thrown when a local Umbraco media file is attempted to be loaded/added... the following error info below is displayed. if I rollback to Umbraco 6.2.4 then uComponents works fine.

A few Google searches should hopefully fix your issue, search on "system.invalidoperationexception: request format is unrecognized for url unexpectedly ending in" :
The entire stack trace is coming from ASP.Net so i can only assume its some environment configuration that has changed.
thx Shannon - it appears the issue was in uComponents (or at least it can be fixed there). Lee saidthat the returning data from umbraco.library.GetMedia has changed in v6.2.5. Governor Technology provided the code to patch it.
