Create a user with the language set as Spanish.
In web.config define a key like this:
Steps: 1 - Open the umbraco url as follow: http://[URL]/umbraco 2 - The Login page will be in English language. 3 - Login using the user setted as Spanish. 4 - All the backoffice will be translated to "es" (as expected !). 5 - Logout from backoffice, the Login page will be shown again, but now in Spanish not in English. That's great! 6 - Do a crtl+f5 (refresh and clean the browser cache) in your browser.....the Login page returns to English language.
I was expecting that once setting the web.config key mentioned above the Login Page would open always in Spanish language.
