Refer to forum thread for details: https://our.umbraco.org/forum/using/ui-questions/64446-Custom-List-View-with-Picker-Properties

Basically, I'd rather see the name of the city and state rather than their node ID's: !list-view.png!

Those properties are of type Multinode Treepicker. The more general solution to situations like this would be to allow developers to transform the property somehow to return a label to represent that property. By default, you might include a transformer that returns the node name for properties of type Multinode Treepicker.

Is there anything new about this? I think this is pretty necessary for me, because i often work with Node Pickers and List Views.

PR for this here: https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/pull/1495, which will implement this at least for the core types.
