Allow to customize the datepicker format in Umbraco 7 backoffice.
It seems it just change the datepicker format based on the input (fallback to default format). What if having multiple editors - one using Danish another another using English. Then you probably want date format in English like '''YYYY/MM/DD''' and in Danish '''DD/MM/YYYY'''.
Indeed this PR provides a new prevalue field allowing users to customize the datepicker format.
I thought about the problem of having editors using different date formats, but I didn't have time to dig whether there is an easy way to get the dateformat depending of the language for the current user. If so, please let me know and I could add a new prevalue checkbox in order to let users choose if they want to localize the datepicker format to match the current user language.
Maybe you can get the created languages and then list at textbox for each language. When field is empty it would use the default date format for the language. If using moment.js I think something like this could be default format moment().format('L') where it handle the format according to the locale.
Thanks for the info. I will try to have a look when I have some spare time. It will be another PR.
