U4-6683 - Cannot upgrade from 7.2 to 7.3

What did you do? NuGet-upgraded from 7.2 to 7.3.

What did you expect to happen? Rainshower of glittering flowers, world peace & happiness, everything works.

What actually happened? Cannot login to enable upgrade because "securityStampToken" column does not exist. And others. Which would be created by the upgrade. Which cannot run unless we login. Meh.

Fixed by not saving the user when version is < 7.3 (which is the version which added the missing column)
