U4-6892 - Umbraco 7.3 Beta 2 download fails at end of install with missing App_Plugins folder

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download 7.3 Beta zip - https://our.umbraco.org/ReleaseDownload?id=149387
  2. Unblock ZIP
  3. Unzip beta
  4. In Visual Studio 2013 open the unzipped beta as website Shift-ALT-O
  5. Build and debug website (will take a bit to validate web site)
  6. Enter name, email and password then Click Customize on install screen
  7. Leave as SQL-CE and click Continue
  8. Select second/middle starter kit

Install proceeds and says it's done an starts to redirect to backend then throws the following error:

Server Error in '/' Application. Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\JoshuaStewart\Downloads\UmbracoCms.7.3.0-beta2\App_Plugins'. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\JoshuaStewart\Downloads\UmbracoCms.7.3.0-beta2\App_Plugins'.

Adding the App_Plugins folder and refreshing clears the error and the backend appears as expected.
