U4-725 - Image Cropper - Quality field does not save

Subtask of: U4-136

When changing the Quality field in an Image Cropper datatype, saving reports "Datatype saved", but reloading the datatype shows no change from the default 90%

I also have doubts that the configured quality setting is respected - it's hard to prove, but JPGs are being cropped with very poor visual quality, certainly not at the 95% setting I've set in DB
