I noticed that list view has to option to add custom layouts - you can add more, but you can't remove the "rows" again.
Furthermore please ensure that "Name" and "Layout Path" input fields has type="text" as backoffice styling (bootstrap styling) is styled against input[type="text"] which won't have any effect when the input doesn't have to type attribute (even browsers by default will recognize it as a text input (or by default just render a text input).
