U4-7733 - When changing localization some things are not translated

Changing from English to Danish. The translation of the new trees (Document types, media types, member types, members) are still english. After clearing cookies and log back in they are Danish. Same thing happens when you switch back to English.

This is expected, you don't need to clear cookies, just log out and back in. Since it's worked like this since forever I don't really see how much of an issue it is. Generally you would create a user with a specific language and they would log in for the first time and see the correct translations, so the problem mostly only exists for the first admin user.

Once we have the new User editor, this will be easier to deal with since it won't be the legacy webforms editor

In 7.3.x it was enough with enough to refresh (F5), but in Umbraco 7.4.0 you have to logout first. Somehow a part of the UI is translated with a refresh e.g. section names and heading, context menu (actions menu), but some things like buttons in user-dialog is first translated after logout and login again.

Not a big deal, but I thought it was broken at first thought :)
