U4-7874 - Add more events to the content editor scope

When working with property editors it'd be nice to know more about the surrounding content and possible events.
We can't currently access scope.content without traversing $parent.
There's no "content and UI completely loaded" event.
Other events would also be nice, such as:

  • Other property changed
  • Metadata changed (name etc.)
  • Content saved
  • Content published

Might also be nice with some kind of guidance to how property editors could communicate.
(The existing event service?)

Made a partial PR. Would prefer not to close this issue for now, but at least the main content events are handled. PR here: https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/pull/2640

I'm still closing this for now ;-)

Any new PRs will go in the next release, thanks!!
