U4-8807 - Indexing Error, duplicate ID

I'm seeing the following error a lot in logs on a live site, and I think it's causing stuff to not get indexed properly, as the affected nodes display the "oops, not in the cache" message instead ofthe URL:

2016-08-01 00:00:14,111 [P2396/D2/T65] INFO UmbracoExamine.DataServices.UmbracoLogService - Field "id" is listed multiple times in the index set "InternalIndexSet". Please ensure all names are unique, Provider=InternalIndexer, NodeId=11518

There's no indexing events running on the Internal Index, and the affected DocTypes don't have an extra field called ID. The closest is a field called "Field ID", with an alias of "feedID".

The affected nodes are sometimes updated by a scheduled task that pulls in updates from a feed and updates the nodes if anything has been changed, using the Content Service.

If I republish the nodes manually, it works correctly, and the URL appears as expected.
