A common upgrade approach for package developers is to just reinstall the new version "over" the old version which is a good experiance for the end user/developer.
Until recent versions of Umbraco this has been working fine but now the installer throws an error if the stylesheet property already exsists. Since the user is warned during the instalaltion of the package I think that the default should be to overwrite thing that's included in the package.
After manually removing the old stylesheet this works again but thats not something that I would like to require my users to do before running the upgrade.
This is not a problem any more on v.7.5 (tested a normal stylesheet and one that has special properties for the rich text editor, all good). So I'll mark it as fixed for 7.5. :)
