Sometimes it is preferable to be able to rename a tree, for example in this instance with use of UI-O-Matic, it would be much nicer if this could be customized to be more relevant to the client. It's possible to change the section name / icon by modifying the applications.config for the icon, and the language files for the name, but there is no way to do this for the tree (see screenshot).

Based upon the attributes in the trees.config, it would appear that it should be possible to change the trees title, however changing a trees title attribute does nothing. I've tested renaming the tree in the packages [Tree] attribute and this does indeed update the value, however, this is not something your average developer can do when just installing package.

It would be much more flexible if the trees.config was used as the source of truth for this information (I believe when I worked on v5, this is how we did it, the [Tree] attribute was just means of populating the trees.config file, but in the end, the trees.config file was held as the source of truth).

Made a pull request where the tree honours localized text before attempting to check the title property/attribute https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/pull/1615

SO then the UIOMatic package (or any other package) can simply have the text in their lang files
