What did you do?

View the back office interface on a monitor that does not have a decent colour contrast and hence does not display the @grayLighter colours at all...

What did you expect to happen?

Expected to see light gray at the top of the screen and in various elements on the page.

What actually happened?

All of these areas are white...

Suggest that we add a @grayLight border around the "buttons" on the Healthcheck dashboard so they are visible on this kind of screen, also add the @grayLighter colour to the video buttons so these are consistent.

Just added a Pull request for this ticket: https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco-CMS/pull/1584

I would suggest the answer to this is to make the light grey text darker. It's not just about poor monitors - currently it doesn't meet the WCAG AA standard for accessibility. The lightest pure grey that meets AA standard is #777777.

@caterwomtious The text is actually a darker colour, the colours that are not visible are the background colours, on a "normal" monitor the light colour looks fine, on my second monitor you can't see it at all, hence the suggestion to add a border around the edge of the buttons so it will at least be visible as a button on all displays, I guess this would also help with accessibility as well?
