U4-9791 - Backoffice console exceptions when ClientDependency is enabled

After upgrading ClientDependency package from 1.8.4 to 1.9.2 the backoffice partially broken.
There are few exceptions in the browser console concerning angular controllers. Most likely this issue is due to the aggressive minification of js-files.

Shannon Deminick 19 Apr 2017, 23:59:34On a default installation of Umbraco this is not a problem, therefore i would suggest that you determine how to reproduce this issue from a new Umbraco installation and if you can replicate then I would log an issue on the CDF github project: https://github.com/shazwazza/clientdependency
The error is coming from a non- umbraco script so potentially is caused by whatever package you have installed and then need to determine if it's a minification problem or a JS problem with the package.
