U4-9868 - Load external images over HTTPs

Some of the back office dashboards use externally hosted images, however these seem to be loading over http so if you have a site running on https, those images don't load.
All externally loaded images should load over https

James Cutts 11 May 2017, 13:25:13I can confirm this is an issue, images in my case do load but flag an insecure connection.
It only occurs within the developer section and seems to be the umbraco.tv images. https endpoints for those images exist so it seems like they should be swapped to either https:// or simply none specific //.
