U4-9979 - Related links add button saves the page instead of adding the link

I created a page and was adding a related link. I entered the caption and the link text then clicked on Add. (See attached gif).
I expected this to add the related link.
It didn't add the related link, it saved the page instead. (See attached gif).
When i reloaded the page the link had not been added.
